What is going on here? Hair mesh issues...
All of a sudden...my sims with black hair are partially bald (see picture). Any ideas what is going on here? These hairs were just fine and then suddenly...not so fine. :(

The New Girl in Town

This was my attempt at the black widow challenge. I had pretty big plans for this thing but unfortunately I didn't have time to finish it. Now that Sims 3 is out, I doubt I'll be playing Sims 2 any time soon. But I'd like to share with you this first chapter of the story which I worked very hard on. The main character Rosalie is one of my favorite sims ever and I had a lot of fun with her. So enjoy. =)

Weird Glitch
All right, I'm wondering if anything like ever happened to you guys. Everything was fine. He grew from baby to toddler and toddler to child fine. The next day I get on. And BAM! this is what happens:

I'll see what happens when he goes from child to teenager.

More Sims 3 - Promotion!
The Sims 3 Producer, Grant Rodiek, answered a few questions for me recently, and it all sounds like good and exciting news to me!

Q. Will The Sims 3 have cheat codes to allow the players to create more liberty for their characters like there was for the original Sims games?

A. We haven’t revealed anything regarding cheat codes at this time, but stay tuned.

Q. Will some of the decorative items such as a vase or a painting have special features attached to them such as summoning ghosts or clowns the way the items did in the original version?

A. The Sims 3 is full of treats and surprises. You never know what you’ll find, whether simply going to work, exploring the graveyard, or digging through your neighbor’s garbage.

Q. Does having seamless neighborhoods help with cutting down the load time? This was a frustration in the Sims 2.

A. After the initial load time you won’t have any more loads in the game. Once you’re in the neighborhood, The Sims 3 is seamless and load free.

In our last episode: Vida's two kids, Gideon and Greta, grow up to be big and strong...and moved on to the University bin. Nolan, Vida's husband, is abducted and produces his alien spawn, Gin, who is ADORABLE. The family is constantly spontaneously combusting into flames. Finally, after many, many brushes with death, Crazy Aunt Nessa and Nova go to meet their maker. The family adopts a couple of kitties. Ratna, Nessa's husband, recovers from widowhood and brings Rosa into the fold. She gives birth to a son, Brenton. Vida, Autumn, Nolan and Ratna all age up to elders. And there was an heir poll.
